  • Caravan Theft Investigation Heads to Spain

    Lancashire Constabulary has identified 30 stolen caravans in Spain as part of a major investigation into caravan thefts in Lancashire.

    A team of officers from the Serious and Organised Crime Unit’s stolen vehicle squad travelled to Benidorm, in liaison with Interpol, on Monday 16 June.

    There they worked with the Spanish police (Guardia Civil) and caravan insurance investigators.

  • Theft of Caravan - Bury St Edmunds

    Ashwell Road, Bury St Edmunds between 10.30pm 16/06/08 and 7am 17/06/08 A white Sprite caravan has been stolen from outside a house where it had been secured with a wheel brace and hitch lock.

  • Caravan Theft - Boat of Garten

    Over the weekend of Friday 6th June 2008 to Monday 9th June 2008, a pink/cream Bessacarr Cameo twin-axle two-berth caravan was stolen from a secure yard at the Electric Sub-Station, Boat of Garten.

    Aviemore police would ask anyone with any information regarding this theft to contact them on 01479 810222 or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

  • Theft of Caravan - Holton Le Clay, Grimsby

    Police are appealing for witnesses to the theft of an Abbey Aventura white caravan from outside a property in Cambrian Way, Holton Le Clay some time during the day on Friday, 6 June 2008.

    A woman and man were seen in the area who were travelling in a burgundy coloured people carrier. Police are appealing for further sightings of the couple or their vehicle in the area on Friday, or any information regarding the theft or whereabouts of the stolen caravan.

  • Caravan stolen - Drumgoyne

    A caravan was stolen and police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

    The White Swiss Rapide caravan was taken sometime between 10.30pm on Sunday May 4 and 7.30am on Monday May 5 from Queen’s View, Stockiemuir Road, Drumgoyne.

  • Caravan Stolen - Main Street, Frizington

    Police are appealing for witnesses after a report of the theft of a caravan parked to the rear of Griffin Close and Main Street, at Frizington some time in April 2008. The unit is a 5 berth Traveller caravan, cream in colour and according to residents may have been removed from the location by a dark coloured 4x4 vehicle.

  • Caravan stolen from garden, Sutton St Edmund (£1,000.00 Reward)

    A family whose holiday has been ruined by thieves who stole a £6,000 caravan is offering a £1,000 reward for its return.

    Suzanne Bedwell-Byatt, of Broadgate, Sutton St Edmund, Spalding was horrified to find that thieves had cut down trees in her garden and towed a 25ft Hobby caravan through the gap and into a field.
