  • Theft of boat: Lough Erne Yacht Club, Enniskillen

    The Dejon 14 foot yellow and white day boat was on a two-wheeled silver trailer and was stolen sometime between Wednesday 29 October and Saturday 15 November.

    The boat was named 'Rainbow Rain'. It has a cabin, silver rail, an Evenruid engine colour, oars, a rope hook and a blue tarpaulin cover on it.

    The cable from the steering to the outboard is new. It had an unusual and distinguishing Perspex rudder, and the colour of the boat itself is also unusual.

  • "Hurleyquin" Motorboat Stolen: Plymouth

    Police in Plymouth are investigating the theft of a motorboat worth around £5,000.

    The boat was stolen from its moorings on the river Tamar on the Devonport side of the river, near to the Torpoint Ferry between 1000 hours on Sunday, 12 October 2008 and 1300 hours on Sunday, 19 October 2008.

    The craft is a 21ft Hurley motorboat with a white hull and superstructure and a black underside. The boat has grey non-slip decks and a blue canopy and is powered by a Yanmar YSE 8hp inboard diesel engine.

    Wounded Gull's board stolen: Cornwall

    A replica of the board surfed by four times world champion Mark Richards has been stolen from a Cornish surf shop.

    Local traders have been alerted to be on the lookout for the MR twin fin - similar to shape which earned the Australian a place in surfing's hall of fame.

    The board was taken from the Quiksilver Boardriders Shop in Newquay on Saturday 9 September and the owners are offering a reward for its return.

    It has an orange deck, with the letter MR near the nose. The bottom is white and it has two fins and a swallow v tail.

  • Miranda, Westerly Sailing Sloop Stolen from Isle of Wight

    Miranda, a Mediterranean White with Blue anti-fouling  Westerly Sailing Sloop was taken from the Isle of Wight 26th September, 2007. Miranda is fitted with a Volvo Penta 2002 inboard engine (S/N: 1000561). Her sails are marked with S/N: 25141 and CIF/HIN: SF10

  • Moody Sailing Ketch stolen from River Hamble

    This vessel is a 4m 4 tonne Bermudan rigged, fin keel yacht, colour white with a centre cockpit. Stolen from a mid river pontoon over a period of time, the boat was fitted with furling genoa and inmast main. There was no sail number on the boat. A Volvo 50 hp engine was fitted.
