Police are becoming concerned about the welfare of a 16-year-old girl missing from home - Hayley Cowan. She was last seen on Sunday 20th July 2008 on Carshalton Road, Blackpool, but is originally from Westhoughton, Bolton.
Hayley is described as 5ft 6ins tall with shoulder length brown hair, blue eyes and of a slim build. It is not known what she was wearing.
Police have received information that she could be in Portsmouth, however there was an unconfirmed sighting of Hayley in the Bolton area about a week ago. She also has links to the Stockport area.
