The police are investigating an offence of burglary that took place at a garage at the back of Mona Terrace, Douglas.
A red and white Honda XR 250 off-road motorcycle with the registration number EMN905R was taken some time between 4.30pm on 21/10/08 and 7.30am the following morning.
Constable Best stated:
"Thankfully this sort of crime remains rare in the Island. However, I would urge members of the public to be ever vigilant and to report any suspicious activity immediately.
"I would also like to remind people to take the appropriate measures to ensure that their property remains safe."
