Grampian Police are investigating a theft in the Tomintoul area of Moray.
The incident occurred between 6pm on Friday 14 November 2008 and 9am on Saturday 15 November 2008, in the Fodderletter area near to Tomintoul.
As a result of the incident, a red Honda Quad bike valued at a middle four figure sum was stolen.
Investigating Officer, Constable Chris Page said,
"This incident enforces the message that ensuring the security of property and belongings is as important within rural communities as it is in the more populated areas."
