The Gala Coral Group is also offering a £500 reward for any information that leads to the conviction of the offender.
The incident, in which a man gained entry to the cash office of the Gala Bingo on Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, happened around 9.30am on Sunday, 28 September 2008.
The man entered through an open fire exit door, before taking a quantity of cash - the exact amount of which is not being released - and escaping along Christchurch Road.
Detective Constable Paul Williams, of Bournemouth and Poole CID, said:
"We would like to speak with the man pictured as soon as possible.
"I am appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to contact Dorset Police or Crimestoppers - in the strictest of confidence - urgently."
