Police are appealing for information after a 15 tonne trailer was stolen from a farm in Blackburn.
It happened overnight between Saturday 14 June and Sunday 15 June when thieves stole the red trailer worth £10,000 from a farm yard on Accrington Road.
Police believe the thieves used a tractor to make their escape towards Whitebirk roundabout and are urging anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area to contact them.
The trailer has a manufacturers plate reading BWA fabrications on the tow bar and has a 15 tonne red skip on the side.
PC Matt Whitworth said "It is highly likely that someone saw a tractor pulling a 15 tonne trailer during the night and I would urge them to come forward."
