Police are appealing for information after the theft of seven chickens from a shed in Gedney. This incident took place between 8pm on Saturday July 5 and 7.30am on Sunday July 6. The offender(s) climbed over a back wall of the property and entered an unlocked shed, stole the seven chickens and left the same way.

There were: two lavender coloured Pekin Bantam chickens, one beige chicken, two black and white chickens and one auburn chicken.
